The 2025 Agricultural Innovation Award, organized by the Hungarian Innovation Association with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, was awarded to Hevesgép Kft. for the development of a new generation of pick-up family adapted to increased capacity forage harvesters. The company has been manufacturing agricultural machinery for almost 70 years, and the company, privatized in 1993, is now one of the largest employers in the city of Heves. The company’s main profile is the development and production of equipment necessary for grain production. The award was presented on March 18, 2026, in a ceremonial occasion.
